Legal Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic Legal Analyst to join Relx's legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of legal regulations and processes, excellent research and analysis skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Legal Analyst will serve as a critical member of the team by researching, analyzing, and interpreting legal data to help inform decisions and provide protection for our organization. Responsibilities:

1. Research and analyze legal regulations and processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Interpret and explain complex legal concepts, research techniques, and legal procedures to the legal team.
3. Develop and maintain knowledge of Relx’s legal policies and procedures.
4. Prepare and maintain legal documents, such as contracts and agreements.
5. Assist in the review of legal documents, such as contracts and agreements, to ensure accuracy and legality.
6. Provide legal advice and guidance to the legal team.
7. Monitor changes in relevant legal regulations and interpret their implications for Relx.
8. Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
9. Collaborate with members of the legal team to provide legal support for Relx’s activities.
10. Prepare and deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
