- Develop and implement IT service management processes and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of IT services.
- Create and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor service performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues that may impact IT service delivery.
- Continuously monitor and analyze IT service performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document IT service requirements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the user experience.
- Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of IT service management tools and systems.
- Train and support end-users on IT service management processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT service management and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to IT service management processes and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on IT service management principles, processes, and tools.
- Act as a liaison between IT and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify and manage risks and issues related to IT service delivery and escalate as needed.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics to track the effectiveness of IT service management processes.
- Collaborate with other IT specialists to ensure the integration and alignment of IT service management processes with other IT functions.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Itsm Role, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Itil Framework And Best Practices.
Proven Experience In Implementing And Managing Itsm Tools And Systems, Such As Servicenow Or Bmc Remedy.
