- Serve as the main point of contact for all employee relations matters within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote positive employee relations and foster a healthy work environment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, providing guidance and support on sensitive and complex employee relations issues.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and other workplace issues, ensuring fair and impartial resolutions.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to proactively identify and address potential employee relations issues.
- Advise and train managers on best practices for handling employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and mitigating potential legal risks.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and documentation.
- Facilitate communication and mediation between employees and management to resolve conflicts and improve workplace relationships.
- Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Monitor employee morale and make recommendations for improvements to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement company policies and procedures related to employee relations.
- Provide regular reports and updates on employee relations trends and issues to HR and senior management.
- Continuously assess and improve employee relations processes and practices to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Foster a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusivity within the organization.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In An Employee Relations Role, Preferably In A Large Corporate Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Labor Laws And Regulations, Including Employment Contracts, Disciplinary Procedures, And Workplace Health And Safety.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Proven Experience In Providing Strategic Hr Advice And Support To Managers And Employees, With A Focus On Conflict Resolution, Performance Management, And Employee Engagement.
