  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and finding effective solutions to meet their goals.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and insights from Mandarin-speaking clients, and use this information to improve our products and services.
  5. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their level of satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Act as a product expert, staying up-to-date on the latest features and updates and effectively communicating them to clients.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to effectively position our products and services.
  8. Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to clients.
  9. Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively use our products and services.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new Mandarin-speaking clients.
  11. Assist with resolving any technical issues or challenges faced by Mandarin-speaking clients.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and activities.
  13. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores and upsell/cross-sell targets.
  14. Continuously seek out ways to improve and streamline processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In Mandarin: The Primary Qualification For This Role Is Proficiency In Mandarin, As The Customer Success Coordinator Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Mandarin-Speaking Clients And Ensuring Their Satisfaction With Relx Services.

  • Customer Service Experience: A Strong Background In Customer Service Is Essential For This Role, As The Customer Success Coordinator Will Be Interacting With Clients On A Daily Basis And Must Be Able To Effectively Address Any Concerns Or Issues They May Have.

  • Knowledge Of The Vaping Industry: Familiarity With The Vaping Industry And Its Products Is Highly Desired, As The Customer Success Coordinator Will Be Providing Support And Guidance To Clients Who Use Relx Products.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Crucial For This Role. The Customer Success Coordinator Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Clients, As Well As The Internal Team At Relx, To Ensure A Smooth And Successful Customer Experience.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Be A Proactive And Resourceful Problem Solver. They Must Be Able To Think Quickly And Find Solutions To Any Issues That May Arise, In Order To Maintain Customer Satisfaction And Retention.
