  1. Monitor and manage outstanding balances from clients in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients regarding their outstanding balances.
  3. Work closely with the credit team to ensure all collections efforts are aligned with company policies and procedures.
  4. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage timely payments.
  5. Identify and resolve any payment discrepancies or issues in a proactive manner.
  6. Utilize problem-solving skills to address any challenges or roadblocks in the collections process.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to gather necessary information for collections efforts.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activity.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in collections to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  11. Take ownership of assigned tasks and meet or exceed established collection targets.
  12. Support the credit team by completing other duties and projects as assigned.
  13. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Credit And Collections, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Credit And Collections Laws And Regulations.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Experience With Accounting Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
