  1. Serve as the main point of contact for consumers who have questions, concerns, or complaints about our products and services.
  2. Advocate for consumers by actively listening to their needs and addressing their issues in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Collaborate with various departments within the company to ensure that consumer concerns are addressed and resolved.
  4. Stay up-to-date on consumer protection laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to consumers.
  5. Proactively identify potential issues and work to prevent them from negatively impacting our customers.
  6. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers, even in challenging situations.
  7. Document and track all interactions with consumers to ensure accurate and thorough record-keeping.
  8. Collect and analyze data on consumer feedback and provide regular reports to management.
  9. Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed about consumer advocacy trends and best practices.
  10. Continuously assess and improve our customer service processes to enhance the overall consumer experience.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for Relx, promoting our commitment to consumer rights and satisfaction.
  12. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and initiatives focused on consumer advocacy.
  13. Train and mentor new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively advocate for consumers.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to consumers.
  15. Uphold company values and ethics while representing the company in all consumer interactions.

  • Attention To Detail And Organization: In This Role, Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure Accurate Documentation Of Customer Interactions And Complaints. Additionally, The Ability To Stay Organized And Manage Multiple Tasks Efficiently Is Necessary To Handle A High Volume Of Customer Inquiries.

  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Prior Experience In A Customer Service Role Is Highly Desirable For A Consumer Advocacy Representative. This Experience Can Demonstrate The Ability To Handle Customer Inquiries Professionally And Provide Quality Service To Customers.
