- Oversee and manage the consolidation process for financial statements, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinate with various departments and subsidiaries to gather and consolidate financial data.
- Analyze and reconcile financial data to identify discrepancies and ensure consistency.
- Review and interpret accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present consolidated financial statements, including supporting schedules and documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the consolidation process and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
- Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
- Train and mentor junior staff on consolidation processes and procedures.
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies in financial data.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Assist in special projects and perform ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Consolidation, Preferably In A Multinational Company
Strong Knowledge Of Us Gaap And Ifrs Accounting Principles
Experience With Consolidation Software, Such As Hyperion Or Sap
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Stakeholders.
