Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to Relx’s customers and staff, ensuring that all administrative needs are met.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Process customer orders and payments in a timely manner.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
• Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Ensure that all customer inquiries, requests, and complaints are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
• Provide administrative support for other departments, as needed.
• Assist with data entry and other clerical tasks.
• Prepare and present reports and presentations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
