Job Description

Relx is looking for a talented and organized Administrative Assistant who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. If you have a passion for customer service, an ability to juggle multiple tasks, and a knack for organization, then this could be the job for you.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to Relx’s customers and staff, ensuring that all administrative needs are met. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should also have a strong attention to detail and be able to multitask.We need someone who is committed to helping Relx reach its goals and is passionate about providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Relx’s customers and staff, ensuring that all administrative needs are met.

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Process customer orders and payments in a timely manner.

• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

• Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments.

• Ensure that all customer inquiries, requests, and complaints are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.

• Provide administrative support for other departments, as needed.

• Assist with data entry and other clerical tasks.

• Prepare and present reports and presentations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.
