  1. Process payroll for all employees accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits to employees.
  3. Manage and maintain employee payroll records.
  4. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  5. Review and analyze payroll data for accuracy and compliance.
  6. Prepare and file payroll tax reports and payments.
  7. Process and track accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  8. Verify and reconcile invoices and purchase orders.
  9. Generate financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  10. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations.
  12. Communicate and collaborate with internal teams, including HR and finance, to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and accounts.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  14. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in accounting and payroll.
  15. Provide support to other team members and assist with special projects as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Payroll Processing And Accounting

  • Knowledge Of Payroll Laws And Regulations, Including Tax Codes And Payroll Reporting Requirements

  • Experience With Payroll Software And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel
