  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales targets for Nextens products.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with clients to promote Nextens products and services and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer success.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities and make recommendations for product improvements.
  7. Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.
  8. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  9. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand the network and promote Nextens products and services.
  10. Continuously analyze sales data and adjust sales strategies as needed to drive growth and increase profitability.
  11. Collaborate with the finance team to manage client contracts, pricing, and billing.
  12. Train and mentor new sales team members, ensuring they understand the company's products, sales processes, and customer service standards.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance with regulations.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company and promoting a strong brand image.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Nextens and actively participate in networking events and industry associations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Online Sales Or Account Management.
