University Recruiter
As a University Recruiter, you will understand how to attract, engage and foster relationships with students and new graduates. Leading new graduate initiatives from start to finish. Partnering closely with hiring managers to assess and forecast Intern and New Grad hiring needs. Defining interview process and new evaluation techniques. Come up with creative hiring solutions for remote hiring. Own all campus recruiting events--from set up to participation (some travel may be required in the future). Recommending ideas and strategies for capturing top engineering talent. Building brand awareness on Campus. Creating an engaging environment for interns--from setting up internship events to implementing "buddy programs".
3+ years of experience with university recruiting
Experience implementing new processes or optimizing current processes
Knowledge of skill sets in Software, Hardware, Operations
Able to travel to events/career fairs/universities as needed
