Job Description

Ensure reliable operation of Infor LN Cloud Edition by proactively managing maintenance patches, deployments, integrations, and configuration; while troubleshooting and resolving ERP support related issues. Collaborate with engineering, finance, IT, supply chain and manufacturing teams to anticipate technical needs, collaborate on technical requirements, technical design and advise on possible technical solutions. Convert functional requirements and use cases into technical specifications that will be referenced during the implementation of EAS system functionality. Translate future state processes into ERP requirements; negotiate scope and solution options with key stakeholders. Ensure we deliver comprehensive solutions that address complex current and future needs of our teams to achieve our mission and goals. Develop solutions that may require integration between multiple systems using Infor Ion.

Job Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Enterprise Application project work
Ability to develop, configure and test ERp enhancements based upon extensive hands on experience
Experience working with integration between systems and/or middleware like Mulesoft Experience working with MES and PLM
