Job Description

Help to execute the annual communications calendar. Monitor media-worthy story leads and develops story/pitch ideas. Drafts, edits, and proofreads text for external communications and publications. Support project management and execution across multidisciplinary projects. Manage timelines and details for projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Assembles prep documents for executive media interviews and/or press kits. Create social kits to support Relativity’s brand ambassadors, media relations and internal stakeholders. Leverage data to create compelling business cases centered around community and help steer the brand’s online presence. Contribute to team brainstorms, with a focus on how to grow audiences in unique, creative and highly innovative ways. Work in a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Build relationships and trust with stakeholders, peers and working groups.

Job Qualifications

2-3+ years of experience as a communications/PR/content specialist within a collaborative environment
Ability to deliver quality work within a time-sensitive and dynamic environment
Proven expertise in creative writing, communications, social media, content or related work experience with portfolio-ready examples
