- Develop and execute strategic plans for product development and growth, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance, support and mentorship to ensure the success of our product portfolio.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify new product opportunities and make recommendations for enhancements to existing products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and underwriting, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs and industry regulations to identify potential risks and opportunities for our products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, brokers, and industry partners, to stay informed about market dynamics and gather feedback on our products.
- Manage the product development process from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements, creating business cases, and overseeing testing and implementation.
- Monitor and report on product performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.
- Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies to identify potential areas for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our products and brand and network with potential partners.
- Develop and manage budgets for product development and strategy initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in product development and management processes.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing ongoing training and coaching to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on product strategy, performance, and key initiatives.
10+ Years Of Experience In Product Management And Strategy, Preferably In The Insurance Or Reinsurance Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Global Market Trends And Competitive Landscape In The Reinsurance Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Launching New Products, As Well As Managing Existing Product Portfolios.
Excellent Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Product Development And Strategy Initiatives.
Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Capitalize On Business Opportunities To Drive Growth And Profitability.
