VP, Investment Accounting

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of RGA’s investments and financial performance.
2. Utilize financial reporting, accounting, and investment management knowledge to make decisions that benefit the organization.
3. Develop and implement strategies to maintain and improve the accuracy of financial reporting.
4. Lead a team of professionals and provide guidance to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
5. Analyze financial data and use it to make recommendations for improvements.
6. Monitor and analyze trends in the investment and financial markets.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and other stakeholders.
8. Stay current on industry developments and regulations.
9. Manage and develop a team of financial professionals.
10. Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
