1. Assist in the development and maintenance of reinsurance treaty programs.
2. Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and market conditions.
3. Support the team in preparing and analyzing reinsurance agreements and contracts.
4. Participate in meetings and conference calls with clients to gain exposure to client interactions.
5. Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for complex reinsurance challenges.
6. Learn and apply industry-specific software and tools to support treaty processes.
7. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
8. Work closely with the underwriting team to ensure timely and accurate processing of treaty documents.
9. Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
10. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and issues to the team.
