- Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to assess a candidate's skills, experience, and cultural fit for RGA.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on market trends and competitive compensation packages.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and report on recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners to ensure a positive candidate experience and a strong talent pipeline.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve RGA's recruitment process.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives to promote RGA as an employer of choice.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to support employee retention and development initiatives.
- Adhere to all legal and compliance requirements related to recruitment and selection processes.
Extensive Experience In Technical Recruiting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technical Recruiting, Specifically In The Technology Industry. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Tech Landscape And Be Able To Identify And Attract Top Talent In This Field.
Knowledge Of Global Talent Markets: As A Talent Acquisition Partner For A Global Company Like Reinsurance Group Of America, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Global Talent Market. They Should Be Well-Versed In Sourcing And Recruiting Candidates From Different Regions And Be Able To Adapt Their Approach To Cultural Differences.
