As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our investments division by bringing in top-notch professionals who share our values and drive for excellence.

  1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent for the investments division of Reinsurance Group of America (RGA).
  2. Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations of the role.
  3. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  4. Screen and assess candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit with RGA's values and goals.
  5. Conduct thorough and efficient interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and potential fit for the role and the organization.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  7. Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions and extend offers to qualified candidates.
  8. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and proactively identify opportunities to improve RGA's recruitment processes.
  10. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.
  11. Contribute to the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  12. Partner with HR and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  13. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve the recruitment process.
  14. Represent RGA at job fairs, networking events, and other industry events to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for RGA, promoting our values, culture, and mission to potential candidates.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition, Specifically In The Investments Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Investment Industry Trends And Talent Market

  • Experience In Managing Full-Cycle Recruitment Processes For Senior Level Positions
