As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our investments division by bringing in top-notch professionals who share our values and drive for excellence.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent for the investments division of Reinsurance Group of America (RGA).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations of the role.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Screen and assess candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit with RGA's values and goals.
- Conduct thorough and efficient interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and potential fit for the role and the organization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions and extend offers to qualified candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and proactively identify opportunities to improve RGA's recruitment processes.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Partner with HR and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve the recruitment process.
- Represent RGA at job fairs, networking events, and other industry events to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
- Act as a brand ambassador for RGA, promoting our values, culture, and mission to potential candidates.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition, Specifically In The Investments Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Investment Industry Trends And Talent Market
Experience In Managing Full-Cycle Recruitment Processes For Senior Level Positions
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Relationship-Building Skills With Both Internal And External Stakeholders
