1. Lead the product development efforts for Reinsurance Group of America (RGA).
2. Drive innovation and continuous improvement of RGA's products and services.
3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, industry trends, and customer needs.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and roadmap.
5. Set and communicate product vision, goals, and priorities to internal stakeholders.
6. Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
7. Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
8. Create and manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and make trade-off decisions.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
10. Ensure that products meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
11. Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve and optimize product offerings.
12. Mentor and guide junior product owners and team members.
13. Communicate product updates and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
14. Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
15. Act as a subject matter expert for RGA's products and services, both internally and externally.
