- Conduct thorough and comprehensive audits of RGA's IT systems, processes, and controls
- Utilize technical expertise and critical thinking skills to identify potential risks and areas for improvement
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of RGA's IT operations
- Play a key role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices for IT processes and controls
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in IT auditing
- Work closely with IT and business leaders to understand and assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Effectively communicate audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Participate in the development and implementation of IT audit plans and procedures
- Mentor and train junior IT auditors to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Act as a subject matter expert on IT audit matters and provide guidance and support to the wider team
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing efficiencies in the IT audit process.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Audit, Preferably In The Insurance Or Reinsurance Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Professional Certification Such As Cisa, Cissp, Or Cia.
In-Depth Knowledge Of It Auditing Standards, Practices, And Methodologies.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Assess Potential Risks And Develop Effective Mitigation Strategies.
