Intern - Global Technology
The Reinsurance Group of America (RGA) is looking for an Intern – Global Technology to join our team. We’re looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about technology and eager to learn. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the organization and develop your technical skills while working alongside a team of experienced professionals.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical aptitude and experience with coding languages and software development. You should also have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn new skills. Additionally, excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with software development and coding projects.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and debug software.
- Develop an understanding of the organization’s technology infrastructure and processes.
- Develop technical skills in coding languages and software development.
- Assist with the testing and implementation of new technology systems.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Provide feedback to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization’s technology systems.
- Monitor and maintain the security of the organization’s technology systems.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Document and report on completed tasks and progress.
