Responsibilities:

1. Utilize actuarial skills to provide accurate and effective actuarial support to the company.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the organization’s financial performance.

4. Maintain a high level of knowledge of the reinsurance industry and stay up to date with actuarial trends and regulations.
5. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
7. Manage and monitor the organization’s actuarial processes and procedures.
8. Monitor the company’s financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
9. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and the board of directors.
10. Contribute to the development of company goals and objectives.
