  1. Develop and maintain risk management strategies and policies for the organization.
  2. Lead the quantitative risk analysis process, including identifying and assessing potential risks.
  3. Utilize quantitative tools and techniques to measure and monitor risks across the organization.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to identify and analyze potential risks in their respective areas.
  5. Develop risk mitigation plans and strategies to minimize potential losses.
  6. Provide expert guidance and support to senior management on risk management issues.
  7. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices in risk management.
  9. Oversee the development and implementation of risk management training programs for employees.
  10. Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential areas of improvement and provide recommendations.
  11. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and external partners.
  12. Manage a team of risk analysts and provide mentorship and guidance for their professional development.
  13. Stay informed on emerging risks and proactively develop strategies to mitigate them.
  14. Prepare and present risk reports and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve risk management processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Mathematics, Statistics, Or Actuarial Science.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In The Insurance Or Reinsurance Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial And Statistical Modeling Techniques, Including Experience With Tools Such As Sql, R, And Python.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Leading Teams, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Related To Risk Management, Including Solvency Ii And Orsa.
