  1. Develop and implement hedging strategies for RGA's global reinsurance operations, in alignment with the company's overall risk management objectives.
  2. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and risks to inform and adjust hedging strategies as needed.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, finance, and investment teams, to ensure effective execution of hedging strategies.
  4. Manage and optimize RGA's hedging portfolio to maximize profits and mitigate risk.
  5. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of hedging strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Stay updated on industry developments and regulations related to hedging and incorporate them into RGA's strategies.
  7. Prepare and present reports on hedging activities and results to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  8. Train and mentor junior team members on hedging strategies and best practices.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with external parties, such as brokers and counterparties, to support hedging activities.
  10. Participate in industry conferences and events to enhance RGA's reputation and stay informed on emerging trends and practices.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes and procedures related to hedging strategies.
  12. Manage and monitor budgets related to hedging activities.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies related to hedging activities.
  14. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on hedging strategies and results.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements related to hedging activities.

Job Qualifications
