Director - Product Delivery

Lead multiple, complex IT initiatives and apply innovative solutions to systems, hardware, software, programming, and/or applications problems. Mentor associates within the department and continually develop team competencies. Perform supervisory duties including, but not limited to hiring, training, evaluating, coaching, and disciplining direct reports in the professional career band. Partners with related RGA functions to identify unique and creative ways to improve business results by effectively delivering AURA solutions to drive strong client relationships. Maintains current knowledge of industry practices, trends and applications. Performs an advisory role to senior management on potential new business developments and programs, as needed.
