  1. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive product and business growth for Reinsurance Group of America (RGA).
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new product and service opportunities, conduct market research and competitive analysis, and develop business plans.
  3. Lead and manage the product development process from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
  4. Utilize strong business acumen to identify and evaluate potential partnerships and opportunities for business expansion.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to identify new product and business development opportunities.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  7. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance and feedback to team members to ensure project success.
  8. Monitor and analyze product and business performance, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.
  9. Maintain a deep understanding of RGA's products and services, as well as the competitive landscape.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to drive innovation and improvement within the product and business development processes.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Development And Business Development, Preferably In The Insurance Or Reinsurance Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Products And Expanding Business Partnerships

  • Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Competitive Landscape In The Reinsurance Industry

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Cross-Functionally And Manage A Team Effectively.
