Job Description

Reinsurance Group of America is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. As an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a vital role in helping to identify, attract, and onboard top talent for our organization.The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and/or HR. You should have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for connecting the right talent to the right opportunity. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is also essential. You should be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.If you are looking for the opportunity to work with an industry leader and make a real impact in the world of talent acquisition, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates for job openings.
  2. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to identify and understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  3. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  4. Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling, pre-screening, and post-interview activities.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external candidates and partners.
  6. Utilize digital recruiting tools to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  7. Maintain recruiting data and provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition team.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to talent acquisition.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to candidates and hiring managers.
