
Associate Talent Acquisition Partner
Reinsurance Group of America is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. As an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a vital role in helping to identify, attract, and onboard top talent for our organization.The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and/or HR. You should have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for connecting the right talent to the right opportunity. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is also essential. Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates for job openings.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to identify and understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling, pre-screening, and post-interview activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external candidates and partners.
- Utilize digital recruiting tools to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Maintain recruiting data and provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to talent acquisition.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates and hiring managers.
