- Manage and resolve insurance claims for clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Use knowledge of insurance policies and procedures to accurately assess and process claims.
- Communicate with clients and insurance agents to gather necessary information for claims processing.
- Investigate and validate claims to ensure accuracy and legitimacy.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to effectively handle complex claims.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and organized claim files and documentation.
- Analyze claim data to identify trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.

- Assist in training and mentoring new team members on claims handling processes.

- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling services to clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Insurance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In The Insurance Industry, With A Focus On Claims Handling.
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Policies, Claims Processes, And Industry Regulations.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Assess And Evaluate Complex Claims.
Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With Clients, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders.
