Welcome to Reinsurance Group of America! We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated APAC Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our global payroll and benefits team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits for our employees across the Asia Pacific region. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of APAC payroll and benefits regulations.   1. Accurate and Timely Payroll Processing: The APAC Payroll & Benefits Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees in the Asia Pacific region. This includes calculating salaries, wages, bonuses, and any other compensation accurately and in compliance with local laws and regulations.
  2. Benefits Administration: The specialist will be responsible for managing the administration of employee benefits programs in the APAC region. This includes enrollment, changes, and terminations, as well as ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  3. Knowledge of APAC Payroll and Benefits Regulations: The specialist must have a deep understanding of payroll and benefits regulations in the Asia Pacific region. They will be responsible for staying up-to-date with any changes or updates to these regulations and ensuring compliance in all aspects of their work.
  4. Attention to Detail: The APAC Payroll & Benefits Specialist must have a keen eye for detail to ensure all payroll and benefits information is accurate and error-free. They will be responsible for reviewing and auditing data to ensure its accuracy and correcting any discrepancies.
  5. Analytical Skills: This position requires a highly analytical individual who can interpret and analyze data to identify trends, errors, and areas for improvement. They will use this data to make informed decisions and recommendations for process improvements.
  6. Exceptional Service Delivery: The specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all employees in the Asia Pacific region. This includes responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support for any payroll or benefits-related concerns.
  7. Team Collaboration: As a key member of the global payroll and benefits team, the specialist must collaborate effectively with colleagues in other regions and departments to ensure consistent and accurate payroll and benefits processes and procedures.
  8. Problem-Solving: The APAC Payroll & Benefits Specialist must be a proactive problem-solver, able to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. They will also be responsible for identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to prevent them from occurring in the

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Apac Payroll And Benefits Administration.

  • Strong Understanding Of Apac Payroll Laws, Tax Regulations, And Benefit Plans.

  • Experience Working With Multinational Organizations And Managing Multiple Countries' Payroll And Benefits Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.
