- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks for RGA's clients in the Americas division
- Utilize actuarial techniques and analysis to evaluate and monitor the financial performance of in-force business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative financial solutions for clients
- Provide expert insights and recommendations on risk management to support decision-making processes for clients
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and risks for RGA's business
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions
- Create and deliver presentations and reports to communicate complex actuarial concepts and strategies to internal and external stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure RGA's risk management practices are in accordance with standards
- Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in actuarial science and risk management
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of RGA's risk management practices.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Or A Related Field.
Associate Or Fellow Of The Society Of Actuaries (Soa) Designation.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Actuarial Or Risk Management Roles Within The Insurance Or Reinsurance Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial And Actuarial Concepts, Including Valuation, Capital Management, And Risk Assessment.
Excellent Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Actuarial Software Such As Axis Or Prophet.
