  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with funeral homes and cemeteries to ensure their trust needs are met.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for trust-related inquiries and requests from clients.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Keep abreast of all relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments pertaining to trust services and ensure compliance in all interactions.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal and compliance, to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  6. Assist with the development and implementation of trust-related marketing strategies to attract new clients.
  7. Educate clients on trust services and the benefits of funeral and cemetery trust planning.
  8. Conduct reviews and audits of trust accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  9. Prepare and present trust reports and statements to clients on a regular basis.
  10. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and recommendations based on their individual trust needs and goals.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  12. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the trust relationship management process.
  13. Stay informed on industry trends and developments to identify potential opportunities for growth and improvement.
  14. Exhibit a compassionate and empathetic demeanor when working with clients who may be going through difficult times.
  15. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient approach to trust relationship management.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Funeral And Cemetery Trust Services: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Funeral And Cemetery Trust Services Industry, Including Relevant Laws And Regulations, Financial Products, And Customer Needs.

  • Strong Communication And Relationship Management Skills: As A Trust Relationship Specialist, Effective Communication And Relationship Building With Funeral Home And Cemetery Owners, Funeral Directors, And Other Stakeholders Are Essential. The Candidate Should Be Able To Convey Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner And Establish Trust With Clients.

  • Experience In Trust Administration: The Role Requires Experience In Trust Administration, Including Managing And Monitoring Trust Accounts, Preparing Reports, And Ensuring Compliance With Legal And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills To Identify And Resolve Complex Issues Related To Funeral And Cemetery Trust Services. They Should Also Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure Accuracy And Compliance.

  • Business Development And Sales Experience: In Addition To Managing Existing Relationships, The Trust Relationship Specialist Should Be Able To Identify New Business Opportunities And Promote Regions Financial Co.'s Funeral And Cemetery Trust Services To Potential Clients.
