  4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  5. Proactively identify and anticipate client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to trust and estate planning.
  7. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and support in their financial decisions.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
  9. Educate clients on the benefits and features of our trust services.
  10. Work closely with internal departments, such as legal and compliance, to ensure all client needs are met.
  11. Continuously strive to exceed performance targets and contribute to the growth of the department.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Products And Services: A Trust Relationship Specialist At Regions Financial Co. Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Financial Products And Services Such As Trust Accounts, Investment Management, And Estate Planning.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Trust Relationship Specialist, The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Clients And Build Strong Relationships Is Crucial. This Includes Active Listening, Problem-Solving, And Conflict Resolution Skills.

  • Proven Track Record In Trust Management: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Trust Management Or A Related Field, With A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Client Relationships And Achieving Financial Goals.

  • Knowledge Of Legal And Compliance Regulations: Trust Relationship Specialists Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Laws And Regulations Related To Trust Management, Estate Planning, And Financial Services In Order To Ensure Compliance And Protect The Interests Of Clients.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance Or A Related Field: While A Degree Is Not Always Required, Most Employers Prefer Candidates With A Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field. A Relevant Professional Certification, Such As Certified Trust And Financial Advisor (Ctfa), May Also Be Preferred.
