  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the telecommunications systems of Regions Financial Co. to meet the company's objectives and goals.
  2. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all telecommunications equipment and systems, including phone lines, routers, switches, and other network devices.
  3. Ensure that all telecommunications systems are functioning at optimal levels and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  4. Monitor and analyze telecommunications usage and costs, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures.
  5. Manage a team of telecommunications technicians and provide guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to understand their telecommunications needs and provide solutions to improve communication processes.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in telecommunications technology and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements as needed.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  9. Develop and maintain telecommunications policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  10. Conduct regular audits and assessments of the telecommunications systems to identify any security vulnerabilities and implement necessary measures to protect sensitive data.
  11. Prepare and present reports on the performance and usage of telecommunications systems to company executives and stakeholders.
  12. Train employees on the use of telecommunications systems and provide ongoing support and assistance.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the telecommunications department.
  14. Manage the telecommunications budget and ensure that all expenditures are within approved limits.
  15. Prioritize and delegate tasks to team members to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Telecommunications, Engineering, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Telecommunications Management Role

  • Strong Knowledge Of Telecommunications Systems, Including Pbx, Voip, And Data Networks

  • Experience Managing Projects And Leading A Team In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Stakeholders Across The Organization.
