In this role, you will play a critical role in our Technology Transformation business unit, working closely with various teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.   1. Collaborate with the Technology Transformation business unit to develop and implement risk management strategies and procedures.
  2. Identify and assess potential risks within the business unit and make recommendations for mitigation.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and provide reports to senior management.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that risk management strategies are integrated into the Technology Transformation process.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of business unit risks.
  6. Monitor and track progress of risk management initiatives and provide updates to senior management.
  7. Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on risk management best practices.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to technology and risk management.
  9. Develop and maintain risk registers and other documentation related to risk management.
  10. Communicate potential risks and their impact to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
  11. Coordinate with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure adherence to risk management policies and procedures.
  12. Participate in technology transformation projects to identify potential risks and provide guidance on risk mitigation strategies.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure that risk management processes are aligned with industry standards.
  14. Continuously review and improve risk management processes to adapt to changing business needs and industry trends.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on risk assessment and management within the Technology Transformation business unit.

The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Clearly Articulate Risks And Potential Solutions To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
