Job Description

  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's technology and data systems, policies, and procedures.
  2. Conduct risk assessments of existing and new technologies, identifying potential vulnerabilities and threats.
  3. Collaborate with various teams and departments to identify potential technology and data risks and ensure they are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
  4. Monitor and analyze systems and networks for any signs of security breaches or unauthorized access.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology risk management to continuously improve the organization's risk management strategies.
  6. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to minimize the impact of identified risks.
  7. Communicate risk-related information and updates to relevant stakeholders, including management and other departments.
  8. Work closely with the IT department to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
  9. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to educate employees on technology and data security best practices.
  10. Collaborate with external auditors and regulators to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  11. Participate in incident response and crisis management activities as needed.
  12. Keep accurate and detailed records of risk assessments, incidents, and mitigation efforts.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure the security of shared data and systems.
  14. Continuously review and improve existing risk management processes and procedures.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for technology and data risk management, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Risk Management, Technology Risk, Or Data Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards Related To Technology And Data Risk.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Experience With Risk Assessment Methodologies And Ability To Develop And Implement Risk Management Strategies.
