Staff Accountant

Responsibilities:

1. Manage financial records, including preparing financial statements, reports, and other documents.
2. Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
3. Maintain financial records and databases.
4. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
5. Prepare and review bank reconciliations.
6. Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
7. Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.
8. Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
9. Develop and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
10. Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
11. Assist with audits and other financial reviews.
12. Provide financial advice and support to management.
13. Monitor performance against budget and assist with troubleshooting.
14. Provide assistance in other accounting tasks as needed.
