  1. Manage and grow the equipment finance and remarketing portfolios for Regions Financial Co.
  2. Ensure profitability and efficiency of the portfolios by closely monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics.
  3. Utilize strong analytical skills to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the portfolios.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of the portfolios.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of equipment finance and remarketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes, and regulations to make informed decisions for the portfolios.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  8. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the equipment finance industry, including market conditions, competition, and customer needs.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the portfolios.
  10. Communicate effectively with senior management to provide updates on portfolio performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Vendors.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Equipment Finance And/Or Remarketing.

  • Strong Understanding Of Asset Management Principles, Including Lease And Loan Structuring, Risk Assessment, And Portfolio Analysis.

  • Proficiency In Financial Analysis And Modeling, With Advanced Knowledge Of Microsoft Excel.
