  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with small business clients to understand their unique financial needs and goals.
  2. Provide personalized and innovative treasury management solutions to small business clients to help them effectively manage their finances.
  3. Conduct thorough financial analyses for clients to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimizing their financial processes.
  4. Act as a trusted advisor to small business clients, providing expert guidance and support in navigating their financial challenges and opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for acquiring new small business clients and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in small business finance to provide relevant and valuable insights to clients.
  7. Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell treasury management products and services to clients, driving revenue growth for the company.
  8. Monitor client accounts and transactions to ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
  9. Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses and resolutions to any issues or concerns.
  10. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and transactions in company databases.
  11. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for improving client satisfaction and retention.
  12. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience and drive operational efficiency.
  13. Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences to promote our brand and build relationships with potential clients.
  14. Stay informed about competitors' products and services to effectively position our offerings in the market.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Or Business Banking, With A Focus On Treasury Management Services

  • Strong Knowledge Of Treasury Management Products And Services, Including Cash Management, Credit Card Processing, And Risk Management

  • Proven Track Record Of Success In Developing And Maintaining Relationships With Small Business Clients

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Clients And Priorities.
