  1. Develop and maintain relationships with small business owners to understand their financial needs and provide tailored treasury management solutions.
  2. Analyze and evaluate small business financial data to identify opportunities for cash flow optimization and cost savings.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to implement treasury management solutions for small business clients.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on treasury management products and services for small businesses.
  5. Educate small business owners on best practices for managing their finances and utilizing treasury management tools.
  6. Monitor and track performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
  7. Actively participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote the bank's small business services.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to small business treasury management.
  9. Provide timely and accurate reports and updates to management on small business clients and their needs.
  10. Act as a liaison between small business clients and other departments within the bank to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  11. Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by small business clients.
  12. Continuously seek to improve the small business treasury management process and make recommendations for enhancements.
  13. Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's products, services, and procedures related to small business treasury management.
  14. Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements related to small business banking.
  15. Represent the bank's commitment to supporting and empowering small businesses in the local community.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Treasury Management Or Commercial Banking

  • Proficiency In Financial Analysis And Risk Assessment.
