- Collaborate with internal teams to implement treasury management solutions for small business clients.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on treasury management products and services for small businesses.
- Educate small business owners on best practices for managing their finances and utilizing treasury management tools.
- Monitor and track performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Actively participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote the bank's small business services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to small business treasury management.
- Provide timely and accurate reports and updates to management on small business clients and their needs.
- Act as a liaison between small business clients and other departments within the bank to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by small business clients.
- Continuously seek to improve the small business treasury management process and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's products, services, and procedures related to small business treasury management.
- Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements related to small business banking.
- Represent the bank's commitment to supporting and empowering small businesses in the local community.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Treasury Management Or Commercial Banking
Strong Understanding Of Cash Management Products And Services
Excellent Communication And Relationship Management Skills
Proficiency In Financial Analysis And Risk Assessment.
