  1. Develop and implement an identity governance and administration strategy for the company.
  2. Oversee the management and maintenance of user identities and access rights within the company's systems.
  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for identity and access management.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of identity and access management professionals.
  5. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand and address their identity and access management needs.
  6. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify any potential vulnerabilities or areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to identity governance and administration.
  8. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in identity and access management.
  9. Communicate regularly with senior management and other stakeholders on the status and effectiveness of the company's identity governance and administration program.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of identity and access management practices.
  11. Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new tools and solutions to support the company's identity governance and administration needs.
  12. Ensure timely and accurate reporting on identity and access management activities to relevant stakeholders.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the identity and access management team.
  14. Collaborate with the IT security team to address any security incidents or breaches related to identity and access management.
  15. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity with sensitive information related to identity and access management.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Iga Professionals. They Must Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Develop Team Members, Make Strategic Decisions, And Communicate Effectively With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Financial Services Industry: Regions Financial Co. Is A Financial Services Company, So It Is Essential For A Senior Manager In This Role To Have Previous Experience In The Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Related To Iga.

  • Project Management Experience: The Senior Manager Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Implementation And Maintenance Of Iga Systems At Regions Financial Co. This Requires Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Execute Projects Within Budget And On Schedule.
