  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's risk management processes and procedures.
  2. Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to identify and assess potential risks within the organization.
  3. Develop and implement data collection, management, and analysis strategies to support risk mitigation efforts.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources to identify patterns and trends.
  5. Design and maintain risk management dashboards and reports to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
  6. Conduct regular reviews and audits of data to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with regulations.
  7. Identify and recommend improvements to data collection and analysis processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in risk management and technology to continuously improve processes.
  9. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
  10. Work closely with IT teams to ensure data integrity and security, and troubleshoot any technical issues related to data analysis.
  11. Train and educate team members on risk management processes and data analysis techniques.
  12. Contribute to the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
  13. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall risk management practices.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and present ideas for enhancing risk management strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Data Analysis Or Risk Management Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Proficiency In Sql, Data Visualization Tools (Such As Tableau Or Power Bi), And Statistical Analysis Software (Such As Sas Or R).

  • Strong Understanding Of Risk Management Principles And Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Basel Iii, Dodd-Frank Act, And Ccar.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
