As a Retail Scheduling Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and analyzing schedules for our retail locations to ensure efficient staffing and exceptional customer service. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.   1. Develop and maintain staffing schedules for retail locations to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  2. Monitor and analyze scheduling data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving operational efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with retail managers and HR to understand staffing needs and optimize schedules accordingly.
  4. Utilize scheduling software and other tools to create and manage employee schedules.
  5. Communicate with retail staff regarding their schedules, including any changes or updates.
  6. Identify and address any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to retail scheduling.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance and sales, to align scheduling with business goals.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve scheduling processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Provide support and training to retail managers on scheduling tools and processes.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to scheduling and labor laws.
  12. Proactively identify and communicate potential staffing issues and provide solutions to mitigate any impact on customer service.
  13. Prepare and present reports on scheduling data and performance to upper management.
  14. Implement and maintain scheduling guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness for all employees.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the retail team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Retail Scheduling Or Workforce Management.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.

  • Knowledge Of Scheduling Software And Ability To Create And Maintain Staff Schedules.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
