  1. Lead and manage a team of bankers to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  3. Promote and sell banking products and services to meet customer needs.
  4. Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively serve customers.
  5. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed decisions and provide valuable insights to the team.
  8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and act as a role model for the team.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  10. Adhere to all banking regulations and compliance standards.
  11. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  12. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them to increase efficiency and productivity.
  13. Conduct regular team meetings and provide updates and performance reviews to upper management.
  14. Continuously strive to exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the bank.
  15. Represent the bank in a positive manner and build the bank's reputation in the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Banking, With A Focus On Relationship Management.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Bankers.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Products And Services, As Well As Industry Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Customer Service Skills.
