  6. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in banking regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to customers.
  7. Educate and inform customers about the benefits and features of various banking products and services.

  9. Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide seamless and efficient service to customers.
  10. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by proactively addressing any issues or concerns they may have.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Banking Or Financial Services
