Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team at Regions Financial Co. as a Relationship Banker I. In this role, you will play a vital part in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying and fulfilling their financial needs, and promoting our various products and services.   14. Attend and participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  15. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks or issues to management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field

  • Knowledge Of Banking Products And Services, Including Loans, Deposits, And Investments

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Banking Or Financial Services Industry

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients

  • Ability To Analyze Financial Information And Make Recommendations To Clients Based On Their Needs And Goals.
