Job Description

At Regions Financial Co., we are looking for an innovative and passionate Relationship Banker to join our team and help us provide our customers with the best banking experience possible. The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced banking professional with excellent communication and customer service skills. They must have a strong knowledge of the banking industry, its products and services, and the ability to think strategically and analytically. The Relationship Banker will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, providing superior customer service, and working closely with other banking professionals to ensure that our customers have a positive experience with Regions Financial Co. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the banking industry, including a thorough understanding of banking products and services.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively build relationships with customers.• A high level of comfort working with numbers and data.• Proven experience in sales, marketing, and customer service.• Ability to think strategically and identify and develop new opportunities.• A strong commitment to customer service excellence.• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.   7. Stay abreast of banking industry trends and regulations.
  8. Maintain up-to-date records of customer accounts and transactions.
  9. Respond to customers’ inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  10. Adhere to bank security protocols and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
