- Develop and implement strategies to provide affordable housing solutions for individuals and families in need within the community.
- Stay up-to-date on the housing market and industry trends to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Lead and develop a team of affordable housing professionals, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance and growth.
- Collaborate with other departments and community organizations to identify and secure resources and funding for affordable housing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to affordable housing operations.
