  1. Oversee and manage all affordable housing operations for Regions Financial Co., including financial management, property management, and tenant relations.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to provide affordable housing solutions for individuals and families in need within the community.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the housing market and industry trends to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  4. Lead and develop a team of affordable housing professionals, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance and growth.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and community organizations to identify and secure resources and funding for affordable housing initiatives.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to affordable housing operations.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, community partners, and stakeholders to enhance the reputation and impact of the company.
  8. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations.
  9. Develop and maintain a budget for the affordable housing operations group, ensuring financial stability and accountability.

  • Experience In Budgeting, Financial Analysis, And Project Management.
