Regions Financial Co. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Capital Markets- Agency Originator to join our team.The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge and experience in real estate capital markets and agency origination. You will be responsible for the origination and structuring of Agency loans and the development of relationships with existing and potential clients. Responsibilities:

  1. Originate and structure agency loans.
  2. Develop relationships with existing and potential clients.
  3. Research and analyze market trends and potential opportunities.
  4. Negotiate loan contracts and structures.
  5. Monitor loan performance and borrower compliance.
  6. Provide timely reporting and updates to internal stakeholders.
  7. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulatory and legal requirements related to agency loans.
  8. Act as a liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to increase loan volume and profitability.
