Job Description

Regions Financial Co. is seeking a Product Manager with experience in loyalty and rewards to join our dynamic team. As the Product Manager - Loyalty and Rewards, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer retention and increase overall satisfaction.   1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and increase overall satisfaction through loyalty and rewards programs.
  2. Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for program improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for loyalty and rewards initiatives.
  4. Manage the day-to-day operations of existing loyalty and rewards programs, including tracking and reporting on program performance and making adjustments as needed.
  5. Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor programs to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  6. Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of loyalty and rewards programs across all platforms.
  7. Develop and manage program budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
  8. Create and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote loyalty and rewards programs and drive customer engagement.
  9. Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on program performance and future plans.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to loyalty and rewards programs.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to support program development and execution.
  12. Train and educate internal teams on loyalty and rewards programs, including program features, benefits, and best practices.
  13. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or concerns related to loyalty and rewards programs and work towards finding effective solutions.
  14. Continuously seek feedback from customers and make necessary improvements to ensure program success.
  15. Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all program terms and conditions are in compliance with regulations and company policies.
