Paralegal - Corporate

4. Draft contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents as needed.
5. Assist in the preparation of legal documents and filing of court documents.
6. Prepare and submit reports to the legal team on case progress and other relevant matters.
7. Liaise with other departments to ensure compliance with legal guidelines.
8. Research and resolve legal issues and provide advice to the legal team.
9. Stay abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations.
10. Provide administrative support to the legal team, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
